SHIPPING

Small orders will be sent COD by parcel post or courier. Large shipments will be sent by carrier collect unless otherwise agreed.
NOTE :Please check your shipment as soon as it is delivered to verify that it is complete and undamaged.DO NOT SIGN THE BILL OF LADING UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED FOR DAMAGE. If any loss or damage is evident , notify the carrier immediately, then inform us so that we can replace the items as soon as possible.
NOTE: Drop shipping from Tucker's is available on large orders and may result in savings in some locations. Please ask for a quote.

TERMS

Cash payment will be expected unless credit has been arranged. Credit terms are 30 days. Interest on overdue accounts will be charged at 2% per month.Orders can be charged to your Visa or MC account.

IMPORTANT

The variables in methods, techniques, formulations, studio practices, kilns and firing techniques of schools and potters make it impossible for us to accept responsibility for unsatisfactory results. However, we are more than happy to help you solve problems if they arise. We strongly recommend a continuing testing routine for clay and glaze materials under your usual handling and firing conditions.Remember that most of the ceramic materials are naturally occurring, and as such they can vary.
