Bailey Exhaust System

This system does not require a hood. The fumes are drawn directly out of the kiln and through a dryer vent kit to the outside. Since it draws from near the bottom of the kiln it creates a slight down draft which helps even out the firings. The double system can be used for up to two small or medium kilns.

Kiln Sitter

We suggest that a kiln always be fired with witness cones, and that the sitter be used only as a back-up system. This should ensure safe, accurate firings.

Pyrometer System

The CONE ART pyrometer system consists of a double scale meter calibrated to 2500 F and 1350 C, a mounting bracket, an 8 ga. thermocouple and extension wire. The pryometer will provide an indication of the progress of a firing and the uniformity of heat from one section to another.
